CAGreat Floodlights with Great Service I have ordered Novostella floodlights on several occasions. The outdoor floodlights are durable to all weather conditions and work well with the smart life ap. I mostly have the blue tooth Blink version (with the hub) which allows me to control and sync many lights from a great distance. These are fantastic as they can do all colours and different whites. Lots of effects and colour schemes can be achieved with the lights. I am interested to see if the other newer lights (2nd generation that claim to be 63% brighter)have darker more vibrant colours than the older versions. I recently had an issue with a light and Novostella rectified the problem quickly. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

GBI had to re-add the lights several… I had to re-add the lights several times before all four (4) of them would stay online, and follow the identical schedule I put in. Be attentive to getting them all on the identical network, and some on one extender, and others on another. The app for changing colors, listening to music and such works really well. Love the control I have over both brightness and contrast (saturation). Really well made, right down to the cords.

GB2 issue 2 issue : there’s no instructions for remote and not sure what a few controls mean ? Also When you hook up music with lights , it only allows you to play music on the phones speaker which isn’t loud at all , is there another way ?

ROThe product was shipped very fast and… The product was shipped very fast and arrived in excellent condition. I'm happy with this acquisition. Good quality of the product. As a minus, there are some colors which are not using the same led quality creating a flickering effect when you're recording the room or the wall with the lights on.

GBAbsolutely ridiculous experience. Absolutely ridiculous. In spite of promising a refund for my faulty product more than a month ago, I am still to hear anything in spite of repeatedly emailing them. The customer service is awful and clearly delaying tactics until customers get so frustrated that they give up. I will not let this go and will now be initiating taking them to the small claims court. Stay away.
