A wonderfully bright experience. I've been buying light bulbs for my photo equeipment from Bulb Direct for many years and have always found exactly what what I need quickly and efficiently. This time around I was having problems with the check out process when it came to shipping the order. Michelle at Customer Service patiently and expertly stuck with me until she had it all sorted out and was able to ship my order. I do highly recommend Bulb Direct!

Great customer service Ordered light bulbs from here for microscope. Sent them in a timely manner, however they didn't fit. They took them back and sent a refund right away. Had to pay return shipping costs though. Overall, great customer service and will buy from again.

Quick Response! We ordered two different types of Microscope bulbs Friday afternoon and were told to allow up to two weeks for shipment. By the end of the day we received a confirmation email that the order had shipped and by Monday had received them. Now that's what I call service! Keep up the good work.

Customer service was great Bulb Direct had the bulbs I needed and call to ask to make a change in supplier as the one I picked was on a long B.O. Customer service was easy to work with and I got the materials as needed. I will be using Bulb Direct when ordering bulbs again in the near future.

Michele contacted me several times to find the correct bulb. She informed on how long it might take to get the bulb, which was of no matter to me. She was very professional and pleasant.
