Great customer service Ordered light bulbs from here for microscope. Sent them in a timely manner, however they didn't fit. They took them back and sent a refund right away. Had to pay return shipping costs though. Overall, great customer service and will buy from again.

Quick Response! We ordered two different types of Microscope bulbs Friday afternoon and were told to allow up to two weeks for shipment. By the end of the day we received a confirmation email that the order had shipped and by Monday had received them. Now that's what I call service! Keep up the good work.

1460X-EI In the past, I have not had to make many purchases from Bulb Direct. However, the few times I have made purchases have been excellent and always delivered within the promised time frame, and the bulbs received in excellent condition. In the future, if I do need bulbs, I will look here for sourcing first.
