Courteous, quick service and delivery The bulb I ordered was no longer available and I received a phone call and an email and was asked if I wanted another option - same bulb, different manufacturer. Very prompt and courteous. And very quick delivery.

Great Experience I've been in Management for 39 years and have yet to experience a more friendly step by step order form on line. Also, the bulbs I ordered were exactly the perfect fit and price was favorable. I recomment BULB DIRECT to all.

Customer service was great Bulb Direct had the bulbs I needed and call to ask to make a change in supplier as the one I picked was on a long B.O. Customer service was easy to work with and I got the materials as needed. I will be using Bulb Direct when ordering bulbs again in the near future.

However, the few times I have made purchases have been excellent and always delivered within the promised time frame, and the bulbs received in excellent condition. In the future, if I do need bulbs, I will look here for sourcing first.
