GBGREAT! I use Bulb Direct because they always have the bulbs I need and are quick to ship to me. They always answer any questions I have regarding unusual bulbs. In the last 10 years that I've been ordering from them I have only received one bad bulb which they replaced immediately with no questions asked.

GBstill waiting Ordered my bulbs on 12/12, today is 12/31 and I am still waiting to receive my order. I had to call in on two separate occasions, but finally was told that I should receive them on 1/4. There was no notification from the sales representative, and online communication that the bulbs were on back ordered, so assume the order was just lost in the holiday shuffle. Almost three weeks to get bulbs sent to me is way to long to wait.
