Recently, I encountered a minor technical issue, but the outstanding customer service, particularly from Paul, truly stood out. Paul guided me through a simple process—he asked for a brief video detailing the problem. After a swift review, he promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent my way. In essence, their customer service exceeded my expectations. In today's landscape, experiencing such a high level of service is genuinely refreshing.

Great support Amelia has been very helpful to support me! I had a faulty unit and Amelia asked me to test it by plugging them in a different way. Unfortunately I accidentally broke my power supply cable during the process, but Amelia was quick to send me a replacement unit. Very considerate and helpful!

Great customer service with ESHINE I have an EShine undercounter LED light that stopped working. I bought them through Amazon in September 2022. I emailed eShine and they walked me through several fixes which didn't work. I received the replacement LED bar and the light works just like it’s supposed to. EShine was quick in their attention to my issue. I have had instances where, because I bought the item through Amazon and not directly from a company, they won’t provide any warranty or deal with the problem. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to fix the problem. EShine really stands behind their products! .

Great product Great product. works great after realizing that installing the first sensor light, must be attached exactly as the picture states. My wife thinks I am a hero now, so I am installing more lights under the rest of the cabinets.
