CAwow a company that actually lives up to… wow a company that actually lives up to its warranty, it was a pleasure dealing with Amelia. now I hope that my light continues to work. I an happy with it but it quit working after 7 months but this company takes care of its customers.

USLove the Lights, Love the Service First let me say, I love the motion sensing, rechargeable, under cabinet lights I received from eShine. They are perfect for my newly renovated closet. I ordered 8 of these lights, but unfortunately, 2 of them did not take a charge. I started a chat session with them on their website, I answered a couple questions, and they determined that I received a couple of faulty lights. They immediately said I would receive a couple of new lights and didn't require me to hassle with sending the faulty lights back to them. Very easy, very fast, no hassle customer service! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the 2 non-working lights. Perhaps the quality control could be a little better. But, I will be back to order more lights if I need them.

USLED light bars failing but remedied by EShine I had some LED light bars failing. Because I was within the warranty period I contacted Paul at EShine via chat. I gave him my order number and photos of the defective products. He is mailing me replacement lights bars that should be arriving in about 4 days. Great service.

USGreat product, great service I bought a set of the puck lights with the hand wave switch for under my kitchen counters. These lights have been used daily for 4 years without problem; recently the wave switch began malfunctioning not turning the lights off completely. I had tried unplugging to try to reset which didn't change anything. I sent a note to online support to see if there was anything else I could check. Unfortunately, the switch had become faulty and they were no longer under warranty. I received a quick courteous response after which I ordered a new switch for a reasonable price. It arrived quickly and I easily replaced the old switch. Everything works perfectly again. My contacts with eshine customer support have all been very positive, and I highly recommend the lighting products.
