LED light bars failing but remedied by EShine I had some LED light bars failing. Because I was within the warranty period I contacted Paul at EShine via chat. I gave him my order number and photos of the defective products. He is mailing me replacement lights bars that should be arriving in about 4 days. Great service.

Great customer service with ESHINE I have an EShine undercounter LED light that stopped working. I bought them through Amazon in September 2022. I emailed eShine and they walked me through several fixes which didn't work. I received the replacement LED bar and the light works just like it’s supposed to. EShine was quick in their attention to my issue. I have had instances where, because I bought the item through Amazon and not directly from a company, they won’t provide any warranty or deal with the problem. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to fix the problem. EShine really stands behind their products! .

Great support Amelia has been very helpful to support me! I had a faulty unit and Amelia asked me to test it by plugging them in a different way. Unfortunately I accidentally broke my power supply cable during the process, but Amelia was quick to send me a replacement unit. Very considerate and helpful!
