Excellent and competent customer support After installing my 6-bar undercabinet lighting using an eShine transformer, it worked perfect. The next day, it wouldn't stay on. The consultant on your site walked me through troubleshooting steps and verified it was a defective IR sensor bar and arranged to have a new one shipped to me. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Great support Amelia has been very helpful to support me! I had a faulty unit and Amelia asked me to test it by plugging them in a different way. Unfortunately I accidentally broke my power supply cable during the process, but Amelia was quick to send me a replacement unit. Very considerate and helpful!

Great support from Eshine Great support from Eshine. The sensor on one of my undercounter LED lights failed after about 6 months, however, my other lights are working fine after many more months. Eshine quickly replaced the light, they were easy to contact and very responsive. Will definitely continue to purchase their products.

Great customer service with ESHINE I have an EShine undercounter LED light that stopped working. I bought them through Amazon in September 2022. I emailed eShine and they walked me through several fixes which didn't work. I received the replacement LED bar and the light works just like it’s supposed to. EShine was quick in their attention to my issue. I have had instances where, because I bought the item through Amazon and not directly from a company, they won’t provide any warranty or deal with the problem. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to fix the problem. EShine really stands behind their products! .
