I was extremely pleased with the customer service. I was extremely pleased with my purchase on EShine. Customer Service was prompt, courteous and able to answer my questions immediately. Unfortunately I did not read the instructions!! Should be easy; just insert the cables and the sensor should turn off/on and dim as one would expect. There is a designated end for the power supply. So prior to contacting regarding a defective product, make sure the power supplies is plugged into the right end. I will definitely be a return customer for future needs. Thank you

I can't help but rate the experience as superb! The product is a EShine Rechargeable LED Light with Hand Wave Activation. I purchased EShine under cabinet lights. I purchased EShine under cabinet lighting. When the final configuration was complete longer connecting wires were needed. Just as soon as I placed my order directly with EShine I realized I needed another item and emailed EShine. Customer service response was amazingly quick, they verified what I needed and got our project back on track within an hour. Awesome service. My under cabinet lighting is very cool. I struggled at first to install the… I struggled at first to install the undercabinet lights on my own, but I eventually made it happen and I am super happy with the outcome. The installation success of my unique installation situation was only possible because of the steadfast help I received from EShine's Customer Service. They were very quick and detailed in responding to my questions along the way. Seeing how responsive and dedicated they were after the sale is what makes me give them a five-star review.
