Great support from Eshine Great support from Eshine. The sensor on one of my undercounter LED lights failed after about 6 months, however, my other lights are working fine after many more months. Eshine quickly replaced the light, they were easy to contact and very responsive. Will definitely continue to purchase their products.

Great support Amelia has been very helpful to support me! I had a faulty unit and Amelia asked me to test it by plugging them in a different way. Unfortunately I accidentally broke my power supply cable during the process, but Amelia was quick to send me a replacement unit. Very considerate and helpful!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service. I was extremely pleased with my purchase on EShine. Customer Service was prompt, courteous and able to answer my questions immediately. Unfortunately I did not read the instructions!! Should be easy; just insert the cables and the sensor should turn off/on and dim as one would expect. There is a designated end for the power supply. So prior to contacting regarding a defective product, make sure the power supplies is plugged into the right end. I will definitely be a return customer for future needs. Thank you

Great product, great service I bought a set of the puck lights with the hand wave switch for under my kitchen counters. These lights have been used daily for 4 years without problem; recently the wave switch began malfunctioning not turning the lights off completely. I had tried unplugging to try to reset which didn't change anything. I sent a note to online support to see if there was anything else I could check. Unfortunately, the switch had become faulty and they were no longer under warranty. I received a quick courteous response after which I ordered a new switch for a reasonable price. It arrived quickly and I easily replaced the old switch. Everything works perfectly again. My contacts with eshine customer support have all been very positive, and I highly recommend the lighting products.
