I purchased EShine under cabinet lights. I purchased EShine under cabinet lighting. When the final configuration was complete longer connecting wires were needed. Just as soon as I placed my order directly with EShine I realized I needed another item and emailed EShine. Customer service response was amazingly quick, they verified what I needed and got our project back on track within an hour. Awesome service. My under cabinet lighting is very cool. I was extremely pleased with the customer service. I was extremely pleased with my purchase on EShine. Customer Service was prompt, courteous and able to answer my questions immediately. Unfortunately I did not read the instructions!! Should be easy; just insert the cables and the sensor should turn off/on and dim as one would expect. There is a designated end for the power supply. So prior to contacting regarding a defective product, make sure the power supplies is plugged into the right end. I will definitely be a return customer for future needs. Thank you

Great customer service! Great customer service! We ordered 2 rechargeable lights and one was defective. I contacted Customer Support and immediately had someone assigned to the case (Amelia, who was great!) who ascertained the nature of the problem and sent us a replacement. So far, the lights stay charged longer than any others we've tried and the magnetic strip to hold them in place is very strong. Super happy with our purchase, and the service!
