Horrible unbalanced issues. Wobbling issues. Plus keeps going to high speed by itself! Co stated would report to mfg. But still nothing heard. Tons of literature on issues with wobbling, which should be an indication of numerous complaints. I will try to return. Update later. On customer service.

13 Items Order. I order 13 items from them and received them all within a week of ordering them. I had one item that was received with a broken glass but when I notified them of this problem, they immediately had a replacement fixture sent out. It just arrived today and was in perfect shape. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for special Lodge fixtures. The pictures don't do justice to the items as they look better than what I was expecting.

Love these moose antlers Love these moose antlers. We mounted a pair on the gable end of a cabin we sold, and the new owners just had to have them. This pair we’ve mounted inside the new cabin so we can enjoy them more. They are real enough looking, and the real McCoy (if you could even find such a pair attached to an intact skull) would cost an astronomical amount of money. We tell people that Bullwinkle was gracious enough to loan us his dad for awhile.

GREAT EXPERIENCE The ordering process for the item was very quick and easy, the packaging of the item, for the most part, was very well done. Other than one of the glass light shades being chipped on the bottom edge, which was quickly and easily taken care of by Customer Service. It was shipped on time and arrived in excellent condition.
