Horrible unbalanced issues. Wobbling issues. Plus keeps going to high speed by itself! Co stated would report to mfg. But still nothing heard. Tons of literature on issues with wobbling, which should be an indication of numerous complaints. I will try to return. Update later. On customer service.

As advertised and on time The ceiling fan arrived ahead of schedule and was just what we wanted. The installation instructions could have been a little clearer, but overall totally satisfactory. The included battery did not work but a replacement battery purchased locally solved the problem ( fan nor light work without battery operated remote) Fan looks great and operates well (albeit only had it up for a few weeks).

Customer service that actively listened… Customer service that actively listened during the selection process and they were very knowledgeable about the products to assure that the function and look were correct. Those things shouldn’t really be seen as exceptional, but these days they kind of are. Great communication and fast delivery. Happy customer.

Beautiful Beautiful! Looks real!! Packaged well, Shipped quickly. Antler chandelier was just what was needed in our cabin. The chain is heavy duty and looks great, however, was not easy to shorten chain for our ceiling height. Ended up cutting because we could not separate the links. In the end, it worked put beautifully.

I purchased the beautiful ceiling fan… I purchased the beautiful ceiling fan and I created an account on line but something when wrong with it. I called customer service a very nice lwoman answered my call and I asked her a couple of questions which she was very helpful and answered everything. The fan is beautiful and quiet. The only issue I had was trying to use a universal remote I had it didn't fit inside the hanging bracket so I mounted it in the attic.
