Arrived right on time Arrived right on time, easy instructions and assembly, little tuff getting remote and wires hooked up. I'm not sure but after installed turn on and it will shut itself off after awhile? I do wish it didn't have the remote or had option for pull chain for the lower ceiling installs. Great product, I love it.

GREAT EXPERIENCE The ordering process for the item was very quick and easy, the packaging of the item, for the most part, was very well done. Other than one of the glass light shades being chipped on the bottom edge, which was quickly and easily taken care of by Customer Service. It was shipped on time and arrived in excellent condition. The quality of the item is wonderful. I am extremely pleased with the overall experience with CastAntlers.

Broken Antler on Chandelier The shipment of my Antler Chandelier arrived promptly. Although it was extremely well packaged, it arrived with a broken antler. I sent a photo of the chandelier's broken section to CastAntlers and they quickly responded that a replacement would be shipped within 24 hours. That is the kind of Customer Service we all expect but seldom receive. I would not hesitate to do business with them again - and very likely will!

As advertised and on time The ceiling fan arrived ahead of schedule and was just what we wanted. The installation instructions could have been a little clearer, but overall totally satisfactory. The included battery did not work but a replacement battery purchased locally solved the problem ( fan nor light work without battery operated remote) Fan looks great and operates well (albeit only had it up for a few weeks).

My husband is an electrician and says… My husband is an electrician and says all lights must be grounded per the NEC (National Electric Code) but the light system is NOT grounded and would not pass inspection on a permitted job. Other than that, we love them. I would say appearance is good. Could be better but would also cost more. Customer service was excellent when I had questions!
