GREAT EXPERIENCE The ordering process for the item was very quick and easy, the packaging of the item, for the most part, was very well done. Other than one of the glass light shades being chipped on the bottom edge, which was quickly and easily taken care of by Customer Service. It was shipped on time and arrived in excellent condition. We love the looks of our 12 antler… We love the looks of our 12 antler chandeliers. They arrived in just a couple of days and days and were packaged well preventing any shipping damage. Although they are very lightweight they look very realistic. The room we purchased them for is still under construction so no pictures yet. Steve and Jeanna

Fabulous light at great price I loooove this light! The oval profile works perfectly over oblong rustic table. The down lights make it very practical. I found this price at least $100 less than other sites, plus free shipping made it even more cost effective. The antlers are a nice design and because they are faux, the light is relatively light. Since our ceiling is 30' high, we fabricated a curved metal long hook to extend from out from the loft, so the weight was of some concern. Also, we very easily converted it from hard wire to a plug end and made it more like a swag light. The packaging well supported and protected the light in shipment. Perfect rustic lodge, mountain cabin style.

Customer service that actively listened… Customer service that actively listened during the selection process and they were very knowledgeable about the products to assure that the function and look were correct. Those things shouldn’t really be seen as exceptional, but these days they kind of are. Great communication and fast delivery. Happy customer.
