Customer service that actively listened… Customer service that actively listened during the selection process and they were very knowledgeable about the products to assure that the function and look were correct. Those things shouldn’t really be seen as exceptional, but these days they kind of are. Great communication and fast delivery. Happy customer.

I purchased the beautiful ceiling fan… I purchased the beautiful ceiling fan and I created an account on line but something when wrong with it. I called customer service a very nice lwoman answered my call and I asked her a couple of questions which she was very helpful and answered everything. The fan is beautiful and quiet. The only issue I had was trying to use a universal remote I had it didn't fit inside the hanging bracket so I mounted it in the attic.

This chandelier is gorgeous!! This chandelier is gorgeous!!! I was somewhat hesitant to order cast antlers as opposed to natural. All of my fears were groundless! The cast antlers look real. The quality of craftmanship and design is amazing. The chandelier is perfectly proportioned. Also, the natural colored light holder cylindrical covers are packaged separately, so you can paint them whatever color you choose before installation. Also, the chandelier packaging prevented any damage. I highly recommend this product.

so pleased My experience with the company has been wonderful. They have been responsive when questions have been asked. The pieces are beautifully crafted and made. I would love if at some point a chain was made inbetween the two colors offered. The piece is fantastic! Thank you!
