Horrible unbalanced issues. Wobbling issues. Plus keeps going to high speed by itself! Co stated would report to mfg. But still nothing heard. Tons of literature on issues with wobbling, which should be an indication of numerous complaints. I will try to return. Update later. On customer service.

This chandelier is gorgeous!! This chandelier is gorgeous!!! I was somewhat hesitant to order cast antlers as opposed to natural. All of my fears were groundless! The cast antlers look real. The quality of craftmanship and design is amazing. The chandelier is perfectly proportioned. Also, the natural colored light holder cylindrical covers are packaged separately, so you can paint them whatever color you choose before installation. Also, the chandelier packaging prevented any damage. I highly recommend this product.

My husband is an electrician and says… My husband is an electrician and says all lights must be grounded per the NEC (National Electric Code) but the light system is NOT grounded and would not pass inspection on a permitted job. Other than that, we love them. I would say appearance is good. Could be better but would also cost more. Customer service was excellent when I had questions!

Customer service that actively listened… Customer service that actively listened during the selection process and they were very knowledgeable about the products to assure that the function and look were correct. Those things shouldn’t really be seen as exceptional, but these days they kind of are. Great communication and fast delivery. Happy customer.
