LOVE The Spike Phone Case! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my spike phone case!! I purchased my first spike case in Hong Kong which was made out of vegan leather and metal spikes several years ago for my Note 5. However, when I upgraded to the Note 8 I wasn't able to find this case in United States which was a bit disappointing. Luckily, I stumbled across GothMall online and I am really glad I found this company. The customer service has been amazing and very prompt...when I recieved my case it was made from the highest quality of materials and they even provided additional glue and rhinestones. Amazinggggg customer service Their customer service is amazing! It takes a lot for me to write a five-star review. The first pair of boots I ordered had two scuff marks (barely noticeable, but still,) I reached out to customer service. They told me to keep the boots, they gave me a full refund, and a 50% off coupon. I ordered a different pair of shoes, when I tried them on they were a little too small. So I messaged customer service and asked how to go about mailing them back for an exchange to get a bigger size. They told me that I could donate the shoes that I currently have and they shipped out a bigger size! I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

Excellent experience! Excellent experience! I ordered a pair of corseted leggings and Molly from Goth Mall helped me with sizing and offered great advice.
