Great customer service & product I placed (pumkpin spoons) and order and the wrong shipping was added (my fault due to autom fill) I contacted goth mall and Molly in customer service was amazing!!! She updated everything right away and I got my pumpkin spoons shipped to the correct address. Shipping was fast and the spoons were exactly as described. I love them.

There was a bit of a snafu with shipping my order (entirely the fault of the carrier, not at all Goth Mall), and Molly, the most amazing customer service representative and nicest human being ever, sorted it all out for me immediately. She handled the communication with the carrier, updated me every step of the way without my having to ask, and got replacement items shipped out to me (via an alternate carrier, just to be on the safe side - how awesome is that?!) faster than I could have imagined. I HIGHLY recommend Goth Mall for all your goth needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Items that came through were terrible… Items that came through were terrible quality and the sizes on the website don't match up to what you recive. Would not reccomend and I do not trust this company. It's just short of a scam. Never ever using them again. Update 01/03/2022 as you keep responding to my original complaint from 2019. You attempted to have my review taken down once already. I appealed and it was put back up. If this happens again I will appeal again. I've already posted the items all over instagram highlighting how poorly made they were. Including the replacement that was sent out. It fitted no one. It went in the bin. Thanks for your time.

Great customer service I was initially very disappointed with my purchase: I was looking for a specific pair of boots from killstar and the google search lead me to GothMall. I own the original killstar boots, they are just very worn out from use and wanted to replace them because I love them so much, but could not find them for sale anywhere. The boots from the pictures looked very similar to the originals, enough to fool me. However in person you can actually tell how very different they are and the fit is completely different too. They look nice to wear, but comfort level is very low. Edit: I was happy to be contacted by GothMall, their customer service is great and they took immediate action by removing the boots from their website since quality was not up to their standard. I look forward to buying from them again!

Excellent experience! Excellent experience! I ordered a pair of corseted leggings and Molly from Goth Mall helped me with sizing and offered great advice. Customer service was delightful, super fast shipping and I was able to keep track of my package every time it moved. Super happy with everything! Will definitely buy from them again.
