Great customer service I was initially very disappointed with my purchase: I was looking for a specific pair of boots from killstar and the google search lead me to GothMall. I own the original killstar boots, they are just very worn out from use and wanted to replace them because I love them so much, but could not find them for sale anywhere. The boots from the pictures looked very similar to the originals, enough to fool me. However in person you can actually tell how very different they are and the fit is completely different too. They look nice to wear, but comfort level is very low. Edit: I was happy to be contacted by GothMall, their customer service is great and they took immediate action by removing the boots from their website since quality was not up to their standard. I look forward to buying from them again!

Ready for a story of amazing customer… Ready for a story of amazing customer service? In my excitement to buy my wedding dress, I ordered the WRONG size. Not by a little bit either. You can imagine my panic when I received a dress several sizes too small and realized my mistake. I reached out in despair. Goth Mall quelled all my fears. They were prompt, friendly, and reassuring that I would get the correct size. Those wonderful people were correct. I received both (my mistake dress and my actual one) quickly. The dress was a great quality and actually looks like the pictures on the website. I'm a plus sized woman and the thought of dress shopping hurt my heart. I've never been more pleased with the true to size fitting of this experience. If you are looking for a quality, easy experience give them try for your wedding dress.

There was a bit of a snafu with shipping my order (entirely the fault of the carrier, not at all Goth Mall), and Molly, the most amazing customer service representative and nicest human being ever, sorted it all out for me immediately. She handled the communication with the carrier, updated me every step of the way without my having to ask, and got replacement items shipped out to me (via an alternate carrier, just to be on the safe side - how awesome is that?!) faster than I could have imagined. I HIGHLY recommend Goth Mall for all your goth needs. You won’t be disappointed!

LOVE The Spike Phone Case! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my spike phone case!! I purchased my first spike case in Hong Kong which was made out of vegan leather and metal spikes several years ago for my Note 5. However, when I upgraded to the Note 8 I wasn't able to find this case in United States which was a bit disappointing. Luckily, I stumbled across GothMall online and I am really glad I found this company. The customer service has been amazing and very prompt...when I recieved my case it was made from the highest quality of materials and they even provided additional glue and rhinestones.
