You won't be disappointed... I have had a fantastic experience doing business with GothMall. They ship quick, have a huge amount of products, and I can not rave enough about the customer service. I had an issue with one of the shirts I had ordered and they did everything in their power to make sure I got it corrected. They went above and beyond for getting me a replacement, stayed in contact with me the entire time, were prompt in the emails with letting me know what was going on and fixed the issue with the product. It is hard to find good customer service these days, let alone 5 star customer service and products. I will definitely be shopping here again and referring other people to shop with them. Great company.

Relatively fast shipping Relatively fast shipping, dress is lovely. Had to be ironed but looks completely fine. Material feels kind of cheap and the color of the dress differed slightly from the one shown on the website. Don’t let this review scare you off, though! This store is amazing.
