Amazinggggg customer service Their customer service is amazing! It takes a lot for me to write a five-star review. The first pair of boots I ordered had two scuff marks (barely noticeable, but still,) I reached out to customer service. They told me to keep the boots, they gave me a full refund, and a 50% off coupon. I ordered a different pair of shoes, when I tried them on they were a little too small. So I messaged customer service and asked how to go about mailing them back for an exchange to get a bigger size. They told me that I could donate the shoes that I currently have and they shipped out a bigger size! I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

The customer experience was AMAZING! The customer experience was AMAZING. I ordered here for prom, and was worried things wouldn't ship in time. I was amazed to see they came in 3 DAYS!!! I ended up having to return and item, and communication was quick and efficient.

Great customer service & product I placed (pumkpin spoons) and order and the wrong shipping was added (my fault due to autom fill) I contacted goth mall and Molly in customer service was amazing!!! She updated everything right away and I got my pumpkin spoons shipped to the correct address. Shipping was fast and the spoons were exactly as described. I love them.
