It took a couple of months but they always answered my E-mails and tried hard to get UPS to see sense. Otherwise the Lampemesteren lamp cable adjuster worked perfectly after I received it. :-)

I've had one order I had to return as the lamp ended up being too small (I didnt check well enough), and the customer service was very helpful and efficient. I received my reply from customer service within minutes!

Excellent service - Australia Purchased two TR5 Pendant Ø80 Alu Copper - Tom Rossau. Arrived within a week and with no issue. Shipping costs were more than the original quoted price (was contacted after purchase) but we were still happy to pay the extra shipping as it was still cheaper than buying two of the same lights locally.
