GBGreat Service I ordered a light 2 years ago and the service was really good, easy to use website and quick delivery. The light, however, has recently broken. I emailed lampemesteren and Henri Pohjanhovi was amazing in keeping me informed whilst he worked with the manufacturer. They ended up sending a replacement free of charge! GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. The website stated that the lamps I ordered were in stock but they were not and I had to wait almost a month for them to be shipped. In addition to this they then got stuck in customs due to the sender not providing the correct information. UPS has contacted them several times and so have I, nobody replies. Its a week since the lamps arrived in the UK and I still do not have them. Absolutely ridiculous.
