Excellent service - Australia Purchased two TR5 Pendant Ø80 Alu Copper - Tom Rossau. Arrived within a week and with no issue. Shipping costs were more than the original quoted price (was contacted after purchase) but we were still happy to pay the extra shipping as it was still cheaper than buying two of the same lights locally.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. The website stated that the lamps I ordered were in stock but they were not and I had to wait almost a month for them to be shipped. In addition to this they then got stuck in customs due to the sender not providing the correct information. UPS has contacted them several times and so have I, nobody replies. Its a week since the lamps arrived in the UK and I still do not have them. Absolutely ridiculous.
