I've had one order I had to return as the lamp ended up being too small (I didnt check well enough), and the customer service was very helpful and efficient. I received my reply from customer service within minutes!

GBDespite considerable problems with the… Despite considerable problems with the delivery company UPS, Lampemesteren did everything in their power to supply me with the item I ordered. It took a couple of months but they always answered my E-mails and tried hard to get UPS to see sense. Otherwise the Lampemesteren lamp cable adjuster worked perfectly after I received it. :-)

GBSent photos of the length and width of… Sent photos of the length and width of the clear glass bulb cover. I told them that the item and dimensions on line didn't match my glass cover. They said it was the right one. You know what it wasn't the right one and now I have an angry customer who has an important gathering and the light issue has not been corrected. Can anyone do anything right anymore?

GBFraudulent abusive commercial behaviour My brother purchased two lamps at the listed price on the website and received the order confirmations. The next day, he received an email saying they cancelled the orders because the real price was actually higher. This is an abusive behaviour breaching customer protection. The seller is obliged to sell the product at the displayed price and not trick the consumer into buying a product at a really good offer then just cancelling the order. We were in complete good faith and they simply cancelled the order, not taking responsibility for their own errors. This has never happened to me before. It only shows lack of professionalism and care for the customer. Also, even if we mentioned we do not agree with the cancellation of the order, invoking customer's rights and the seller's obligations, they kept sending this same email saying they have unilaterally decided to cancel the orders. Then offered a lousy 21% discount for the real price that just happened to be ten times higher. Great way of doing business.

LVReally impressed with the service Really impressed with the service. Took only 5 days to get to me (2 of those were Saturday and Sunday). The price was unmatched. The lamp came neatly packed and I couldn’t be happier :) You’ve gained yourselves a customer.
