GBPan never worked on my Neff induction hob Pan never worked on my Neff induction hob. Returned and instead of refunding £133 they only refunded £127. Was not charged postage on original order so why £6 not refunded. Not worth the hype in my opinion. For all the refunds not fully refunded they must be making a fortune just on that financial return. Cannot be bothered contacting them as to be honest life is too short for such a hassle. Not recommended

GBGreat pans and Support Team These pans are amazing. I’ve had them for about 18 months now. Nothing else compares. I’ve had one issue with one pan and when I reached out to Hexclad they immediately resolved the issue. The team was great to work with.

GBEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE One of our pans developed a crack in one of the handles. With a total of 3 emails, and three pictures HexClad handled it under warranty and are shipping me a replacement pan. Best customer service I have ever worked with. If only others would learn how they do it.

GBI absolutely love all my hexclad… I absolutely love all my hexclad cookware! I was obviously impressed with the product but their customer service is top notch as well. My 12 inch pan had a screw that was loose so I put in a warranty claim. Firstly, their response was lightning quick, mind you I put the claim in after 8pm. By the time I woke up I had an email requesting additional information and within 2 to 3 hours the claim was resolved and a new pan on the way. Highly recommend!!!
