ISProducts take way to long to be shipped! After getting the wrong product I have waited for over 20 days from the day that I sent them proof of the wrong product and and according to the shipment details I finally got from them they have not yet shipped the pan I ordered. I would think correcting a wrong order would be a priority for them but it looks like it is not. Edit: After posting this here I finally got some good news from them. I was contacted by a Customer Support Manager and it looks like the pan has finally been shipped after a very long wait.

GBGreat pans and Support Team These pans are amazing. I’ve had them for about 18 months now. Nothing else compares. I’ve had one issue with one pan and when I reached out to Hexclad they immediately resolved the issue. The team was great to work with.

ESBig Marketing fake Big Marketing fake. The pan is not much better then other normal inox pans. Eggs are sticking more then in other pans!! So be very careful when you order Hexclad, don’t spend this amount of money an buy instead a normal inox pan, it’s the same for 1/5 of the price. I am not sure, if Ramsey is really using this Hexclad. Never again and stop making fake advertisement!!!!

GBNo refund despite receipt of goods in return I purchased a 25cm hybrid HexClad frying pan the on HexClad website on 15 April. The product description on the website does not specify that PFOAs (perfluorooctanic acid otherwise known as ‘forever chemical’ that leeches into the food while cooking and is cancerogenic according to a US study) are used in the production of the frying pan. Having learnt this, I requested a return from the company on the day of the pan’s arrival, 18 April. I posted the pan back the next day. The shipper (yodel) confirmed to me that the parcel was delivered to HexClad on 23 April. I contacted the company three times requesting to confirm receipt and let me know if anything else is required from my side to process a full refund. I received a reply to my first message with generic copy paste of HexClad policies. No receipt was confirmed. I received no reply to either of the two follow up emails I sent. Despite receipt of the product in return, the refund was not issued and I cannot get through to the company to discuss the matter further. I have reported this to my bank to investigate as a case of fraud. Update: company’s reply to my Trustpilot post makes it sound like I didn’t notice a refund email in my inbox. That’s not the case. They’ve actioned a refund authorisation only when I contacted the fraud team at my bank and posted on Trustpilot. At the time of writing I still haven’t received the refund into my account and the suggested 7-10 days timeline for receipt of funds makes it sound like the funds are sent by pigeon mail. Shameful.
