Still like new I've had these pans for almost a year and besides a few marks they look new. We cook everything at home and never hand wash so these pans really hold up.

Products take way to long to be shipped! After getting the wrong product I have waited for over 20 days from the day that I sent them proof of the wrong product and and according to the shipment details I finally got from them they have not yet shipped the pan I ordered. I would think correcting a wrong order would be a priority for them but it looks like it is not. Edit: After posting this here I finally got some good news from them. I was contacted by a Customer Support Manager and it looks like the pan has finally been shipped after a very long wait.

Best cookware she ever used. Hearing this I bought another wok-style pan with cover and she was tickled pink. She loves everything about them. Now the latest, I surprised her with a round HexClad pizza pan and she is in heaven. Best quality products, all received in perfect condition and HexClad packaging for shipping is superb.
