ISProducts take way to long to be shipped! After getting the wrong product I have waited for over 20 days from the day that I sent them proof of the wrong product and and according to the shipment details I finally got from them they have not yet shipped the pan I ordered. I would think correcting a wrong order would be a priority for them but it looks like it is not. Edit: After posting this here I finally got some good news from them. I was contacted by a Customer Support Manager and it looks like the pan has finally been shipped after a very long wait.

GBBest cookware ever,,best company,if u… Best cookware ever,,best company,if u have a problem they get in it immediately. No questions asked send a picture and number on pan. With in a week if it needs replaced they send it. Pizza pan is my next buy. I HAVE ALL THE POTS AND PANS. I HAVE PUT THEM IN MY WILL TO GO TO MY CHILDREN WHEN I DIE,THAT IS HOW MUCH I LOVE THEM you cannot go wrong.

GBPan never worked on my Neff induction hob Pan never worked on my Neff induction hob. Returned and instead of refunding £133 they only refunded £127. Was not charged postage on original order so why £6 not refunded. Not worth the hype in my opinion. For all the refunds not fully refunded they must be making a fortune just on that financial return. Cannot be bothered contacting them as to be honest life is too short for such a hassle. Not recommended

GBGreat pans and Support Team These pans are amazing. I’ve had them for about 18 months now. Nothing else compares. I’ve had one issue with one pan and when I reached out to Hexclad they immediately resolved the issue. The team was great to work with.

GBVery impressed I’ve only had mine for a couple of weeks but I am very pleased. I was a bit worried because I saw some posts about food sticking but honestly, absolutely no sticking. Even cooked some candied pecans which are very sticky and nothing stuck!!
