Was not charged postage on original order so why £6 not refunded. Not worth the hype in my opinion. For all the refunds not fully refunded they must be making a fortune just on that financial return. Cannot be bothered contacting them as to be honest life is too short for such a hassle. Not recommended

Hexclad is a great product! I bought the Hexclad 14 inch pan with domed lid and the 12 inch wok. I love them both. The 14 inch is great for tossing pasta into a sauce. Both are super easy to clean and season just like an iron skillet. I’ve had my 14 inch pan about 2 years and nothing peels or anything like that.

HexClad best products, bar none My wife first told me about HexClad products so I splurged and bought her a full set. She is delighted with all and so impressed with their quality. Best cookware she ever used. Hearing this I bought another wok-style pan with cover and she was tickled pink. She loves everything about them. Now the latest, I surprised her with a round HexClad pizza pan and she is in heaven. Best quality products, all received in perfect condition and HexClad packaging for shipping is superb. She loves cooking and using the best pots, pans, etc., she is in heaven. Thank you all for these exceptional products and great experience. Couldn't ask for better.

Big Marketing fake Big Marketing fake. The pan is not much better then other normal inox pans. Eggs are sticking more then in other pans!! So be very careful when you order Hexclad, don’t spend this amount of money an buy instead a normal inox pan, it’s the same for 1/5 of the price. I am not sure, if Ramsey is really using this Hexclad. Never again and stop making fake advertisement!!!!

Very impressed I’ve only had mine for a couple of weeks but I am very pleased. I was a bit worried because I saw some posts about food sticking but honestly, absolutely no sticking. Even cooked some candied pecans which are very sticky and nothing stuck!!
