USI received the light and it did not work out of the box. I received the light and it did not work out of the box, the remote instructions were not with the light. When called support they sent a jpeg of the remote which was not correct either and had to send again. There was also no wiring instructions as well no QL check stamp which usually comes with these products. When I told support they wanted a video of me making the wiring connections to prove it was wired correctly before they would reimburse me for a light that did not work. This is when I had to do a review of this product that was cheaply made shipped directly from China.

USI opted for the free shipping option… I opted for the free shipping option that was estimated to take 15-21 days, but the light arrived even quicker than expected. This is great, thank you!

USSmooth process from start to finish Smooth process from start to finish, could track the items and received regular updates. Initially, I found the same Wabisabi chandeliers on another site for half the price of censlighting. Contacted customer service to cancel but was told the items were already in transit and couldn't be canceled. However, they assured me I could return them if not satisfied. So I took a chance and bought a seemingly identical chandelier from the cheaper site. Once both arrived, the difference was night and day. The cheaper one felt flimsy and looked cheap, almost like it was made of foam. The one from censlighting was heavy, almost worryingly so (they assured me it's made of resin), and had a substantial, quality feel to it. Ended up returning the cheap one; sometimes it's the price that counts, sometimes it's the quality.

USI ordered a LuxuryFlower Designer Piece… I ordered a LuxuryFlower Designer Piece Chandelier and it's absolutely stunning. It would've been nice if shipping were a bit faster, but it was worth the wait. My electrician mentioned that the installation instructions were incredibly detailed. Overall, a fantastic experience.

USReceived a light that wouldn't turn on Received a light that wouldn't turn on. Reached out to customer service and they had me shoot a video to check for any wiring issues. Turned out the wiring was fine; they promptly sent me a brand-new light. Kudos to customer service—really very good customer experience. Highly recommend.
