GBAwesome customer service Awesome customer service. Initially, the lamp I received was damaged, so I shot their support team an email and got a prompt response. I sent over some pics and a video of the damage, and they promised to send me a brand new one. The replacement came in pretty quick. Had a bit of a hiccup at the start, but the new lamp is flawless and fits my room perfectly.

But listen to this—they didn't come with any bulbs! Went back to double-check their webpage, and sure enough, it says right there, 'bulbs not included.' So, heads up if you're looking to buy lighting here—make sure you read the details to see if bulbs are part of the deal or not.
