They had extra crystals in there, ended up with 5 spares after installation. This company knows how to hedge their bets, for real.

My only gripe is with the Censlighting light fixture instructions provided in the box - the print was so small, I could hardly make heads or tails of it. After reaching out to customer service, though, they sent me a digital copy, which was much appreciated.

Turned out the wiring was fine; they promptly sent me a brand-new light. Kudos to customer service—really very good customer experience. Highly recommend.

Successfully received my table lamps—excellent service all around. This is how customer service should be, especially when compared to some other experiences I've had.
