GBDisappointing experience I ordered from batten home over 3 weeks ago and my order has not even been processed yet. I have reached out right after placing the order to check on the processing time and was advised that it’d take 2-3 week to ship it. Yet, after 2.5 weeks when checking on the status again, I received no response. The order was placed on 11/17/2022 and today is 12/15/2022 and I have not heard back yet on where the items are. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, would never order again from them.

GBLousy customer service Poor communication and terrible customer service..I've tried 4x to get pre-authorized for a return before their 7 day return policy window runs out. No replies. I'm just going ahead and shipping it back. If they hit me with a restocking fee because the return wasnt pre-authorized I'll dispute it with my VISA card. I won't buy from them again. Their "quick ship" took me 6 weeks to receive my item. When I contacted them about this I was told it had been delayed. Well,I guess so,but couldn't they have contacted me?

GBNever Received Product I purchased a light fixture from Batten Home and received an order confirmation stating I would receive another email once the item had shipped. I waited and waited, receiving no further correspondence from the company. Finally several weeks later I decided to email them to check up on the order. They responded to tell me that the item was out of stock. Would have been nice to receive this information after placing the order rather than waiting around for a month for a package that never came!

GBGreat customer service Beautiful item and packaging and good price too. I ended up returning the item I got as it was too big and it got damaged by UPS. They were incredibly responsive and helpful in filing a claim which I really appreciated, very nice to work with.

GBI ordered a pouf as an open box item… I ordered a pouf as an open box item (description was item was new but original packaging was damaged) and I was a little nervous because it was marked as no returns/refunds and was worried what would happen if the pouf wasn’t actually in good condition. Order shipped so quickly (I ordered late Monday night, shipped Tuesday, and arrived NYC on Thursday morning). The order was packaged extremely well- so much sturdy protection, and I’ve unboxed an item that’s in perfect condition. Very happy with this order!
