We ordered two, easily online, to go over our sink and they arrived within days (even with the free shipping!). Disappointing experience I ordered from batten home over 3 weeks ago and my order has not even been processed yet. I have reached out right after placing the order to check on the processing time and was advised that it’d take 2-3 week to ship it. Yet, after 2.5 weeks when checking on the status again, I received no response. The order was placed on 11/17/2022 and today is 12/15/2022 and I have not heard back yet on where the items are. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, would never order again from them.
