During a recent kitchen remodel we knew the MUTTO Rime pendant would be a perfect addition to our redesigned space. It’s a beautiful piece with its frosted globe and stylish cord and base. We ordered two, easily online, to go over our sink and they arrived within days (even with the free shipping!). Great Customer Service I received a bench that had a some issues from shipping. Brittney was on it immediately, kept me updated on what the manufacturer would do and worked out a very fair solution. She also would have exchanged it for a new one or let me return it. I can’t say enough good things about her sunny attitude and willingness to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
