Lousy customer service Poor communication and terrible customer service..I've tried 4x to get pre-authorized for a return before their 7 day return policy window runs out. No replies. I'm just going ahead and shipping it back. If they hit me with a restocking fee because the return wasnt pre-authorized I'll dispute it with my VISA card. I won't buy from them again. Their "quick ship" took me 6 weeks to receive my item. When I contacted them about this I was told it had been delayed. Well,I guess so,but couldn't they have contacted me?

I ordered an item that was taking quite some time to ship. I was able to exchange it for a similar item that was ready to ship and was issued a refund for the price difference. Amazing and would highly recommend.
