GBNever Received Product I purchased a light fixture from Batten Home and received an order confirmation stating I would receive another email once the item had shipped. I waited and waited, receiving no further correspondence from the company. Finally several weeks later I decided to email them to check up on the order. They responded to tell me that the item was out of stock. Would have been nice to receive this information after placing the order rather than waiting around for a month for a package that never came!

GBWhat a fantastic experience! What a fantastic experience ordering from Batten Home. Products arrived in a timely manner, wrapped perfectly. Very impressed with the high quality products. It’s difficult finding beautiful pieces to add to your home but Batten Home makes this very easy. Would highly recommend and will be ordering again.

GBI recently ordered a mirror from Batten… I recently ordered a mirror from Batten Home and moved in the midst of my order shipping/processing. Thankfully, I received amazing customer service from Brittney who followed up and made sure the product was submitted to my new address. I am very pleased with their service, and look forward to shopping with Batten Home again.

GBGreat customer service Beautiful item and packaging and good price too. I ended up returning the item I got as it was too big and it got damaged by UPS. They were incredibly responsive and helpful in filing a claim which I really appreciated, very nice to work with.

GBGreat service! Read terms of service. Before ordering from Batten Home, I was hesitant to order because of a few bad reviews. Shaan, the owner has done a great job of explaining Battens Homes terms of service. I have ordered numerous lighting and home decor items for my clients. The service has been exceptional and as described. Will order again….
