GBProlighting has been in business for almost 15 years and is always a step ahead. This is a registered company with an awesome customer service department! Prolighting is an actual company, and not just a web site like some of the other lighting sites that pop up. Before placing our order, I did my due diligence bc I had a bad experience with another "company", which had no customer support and no reliable, timely shipping service. It turned out to be not much more than a web site. I guess that is buyer beware. Prolighting has a staff that responds when you call, and responded to emails when we had questions. Shipments were fast and correct. This is a registered company, with a long history of verified customer success.

GBI don't understand how this place can… I don't understand how this place can have a rating of so many stars. This place has terrible customer support. I was waiting for a couple of days for an email with a reply. As for my last email, I've actually never got a response. I placed an order for an item in stock (lead time) according to the prolighting website, tho I was waiting for three weeks before it was shipped. The restock fee is a ripoff! I purchase the wrong position light bulb due to a confusing description on the website. I realized my mistake when I got the package. I actually never opened the bulb box. At this point, I need to pay for a delivery, which is ok, I guess, and 25% restock fee! It's not worth sending it back because the refund goes towards $0. I will never order anything from this place again and will not recommend this place to my friends.

GBGreat lighting effect, disappointed with lever of light I bought 12 LED Mini Star lights illuminate two display cabinets full of really nice pottery. The effect is spectacular! We have the cabinet lights turned on about 5 hours a day which means, according to the stated average life of 60,000 hours, should last about 20 years. However, I just had one light go out a little under a year. I had to order another for $45 plus S&H even though I let Pro Lighting know of the premature failure. Not sure if the failure was a fluke or not....I hope I don't lose any more anytime soon. Pro Lighting doesn't seem too customer oriented about this product, do it may be beneficial to get this light from another supplier our find another light that lasts as long as advertised. I love this light, but was very disappointed when it failed.

GBOrder and delivery ok, but no instructions came Brad at Pro Lighting was knowledgable and helpful. Ordering and shipment were efficient. Shipping cost seemed a bit high. The only problem I had was that the lights had no instructions with them. I even called the manufacturer and they had no instructions available. This made my life a little more difficult.

GBGood company Only issue was ProLighting did not offer faster shipping when I placed order online, so I had to call them the following day to see about faster shipping. They did get me my lights shipped faster, but I had to buy two sets of lights and return one. Still waiting for our refund on the return.
