Order and delivery ok, but no instructions came Brad at Pro Lighting was knowledgable and helpful. Ordering and shipment were efficient. Shipping cost seemed a bit high. The only problem I had was that the lights had no instructions with them. I even called the manufacturer and they had no instructions available. This made my life a little more difficult.

They helped pick out the lights I needed, I ordered them, they came packed very safe with no damage and was a joy to put up, you really need no tools for the lights, to the push in wire connectors to the twist and turn reflector holders( which are really nice ) and then that flick of the switch, and WOW..........BEAUTIFUL lighting with T-5, I love them.

Changing Chandelier and Stovetop Lighting to LED Our best advice is to call customer service first to determine what you need! Sizes are a bit tricky, so be sure to have the size of your existing bulbs available when you order. The chandelier took an additional fitting to allow the bulbs to work. We are thrilled that the estimated life of these bulbs will be ten years, as the fixture is located over a tall stairwell making replacements a chore we dreaded. We love the light and are thrilled with the long-term savings.

Made in USA matters Went with ProLighting because they had good prices on made in usa gear, and the made in usa was highlighted. Although the main page made in usa link did not show simkar, that's what I bought, and am happy with the price, shipping, and experience. I found simkar on prolighting via google.

new customer order I recently purchased two of the sealed HO lighting ballasts for my horse barn. We were a bit concerned about the quality of the light produced as well as the difficulty level in installing these ballasts. Also, we weren't sure about how quickly they would arrive here and also the quality of what we purchased. Our fears were alleviated when the ballasts arrived. they were securely packaged and much to the delight of my husband and son they were extremely easy to install. In spite of having a smaller wattage bulb, the light that was produced exceeded what we previously had by a large margin. We would purchase this product again and definitely from ProLighting!!
