new customer order I recently purchased two of the sealed HO lighting ballasts for my horse barn. We were a bit concerned about the quality of the light produced as well as the difficulty level in installing these ballasts. Also, we weren't sure about how quickly they would arrive here and also the quality of what we purchased. Our fears were alleviated when the ballasts arrived. they were securely packaged and much to the delight of my husband and son they were extremely easy to install. In spite of having a smaller wattage bulb, the light that was produced exceeded what we previously had by a large margin. We would purchase this product again and definitely from ProLighting!! Prolighting has been in business for almost 15 years and is always a step ahead. This is a registered company with an awesome customer service department! Prolighting is an actual company, and not just a web site like some of the other lighting sites that pop up. Before placing our order, I did my due diligence bc I had a bad experience with another "company", which had no customer support and no reliable, timely shipping service. It turned out to be not much more than a web site. I guess that is buyer beware. Prolighting has a staff that responds when you call, and responded to emails when we had questions. Shipments were fast and correct. This is a registered company, with a long history of verified customer success.

Delivered on time, good quality product, no issues Product was delivered on time and very good quality. LED candelabra lights quality to my eyes is indistinguishable from the incandescents that they replaced. Only difference was that these 4W bulbs actually shine a bit (but noticeably) brighter than the 25W incandescents. Pretty impressive while drawing less than 20% of the power. I would order from ProLighting.com again.

Poor customer service I requested a return authorization and have yet to get a response. I was told via the return tab on the web site that I would be receiving an email shortly with the information on the return procedures. That was four days ago. What is shortly? I would consider shortly within 24 hours! Still waiting to hear from them. I think they are waiting until their thirty day return policy ends and then I won't be able to get a refund.
