Delivered on time, good quality product, no issues Product was delivered on time and very good quality. LED candelabra lights quality to my eyes is indistinguishable from the incandescents that they replaced. Only difference was that these 4W bulbs actually shine a bit (but noticeably) brighter than the 25W incandescents. Pretty impressive while drawing less than 20% of the power. I would order from ProLighting.com again.

Order and delivery ok, but no instructions came Brad at Pro Lighting was knowledgable and helpful. Ordering and shipment were efficient. Shipping cost seemed a bit high. The only problem I had was that the lights had no instructions with them. I even called the manufacturer and they had no instructions available. This made my life a little more difficult.

Good company Only issue was ProLighting did not offer faster shipping when I placed order online, so I had to call them the following day to see about faster shipping. They did get me my lights shipped faster, but I had to buy two sets of lights and return one. Still waiting for our refund on the return.

Poor Product but Excellent Service In my new home construction I needed 14 recessed lights. Because of space restrictions I had to go with 4 in cans and chose Juno's remodel version. Can quality was fine and price was reasonable however a year later when I finally started trimming out the electrical I was shocked to find the trim rings were about double the price of the can! Now stuck having to pay 4 times what I expected for rings I found Pro Lighting had about the best price on the rings and they took PayPal. Upon receipt I noticed 10 of the 14 had defects in the bezel finish. Pro lighting offered to take them back, ship out 10 replacements and handle shipping both ways. While not happy with Juno's over priced poor quality trim rings, I was very pleased with Pro Lighting's timely service and support!

What I ordered arrived - site information could be a little better I ordered LED candelabra bulbs, it would be nice to see Lumen values posted for all bulbs on the site, as well as illumination angle - this sets the expectation for how bright it will be. The bulbs work, and the color is what I ordered, but I'd like it brighter and to spread the light differently. Without the brightness and beam angle info, the alternative for an end user is to buy one of each and compare them (and return the others) - I really don't have time or patience for that.
