Great service, great price, free shipping I am finishing the inside of a new home workshop and had an idea of what kind of lights I wanted. Customer service at ProLighting patiently answered my questions and contacted manufacturers to get the info I needed to make a decision as to which lights would be appropriate. When I was ready to order I found a lower price on another website but I wanted to order from ProLighting and they offered me an even lower price. Due to supply problems (Chinese flu) there was a delay from the manufacturer but ProLighting kept me informed and I got my lights without too much delay.

Wide range of quality products and extremely responsive via chat and email if I ever need help with anything. They even custom ordered some bulbs for me that I couldn't find elsewhere. Poor Product but Excellent Service In my new home construction I needed 14 recessed lights. Because of space restrictions I had to go with 4 in cans and chose Juno's remodel version. Can quality was fine and price was reasonable however a year later when I finally started trimming out the electrical I was shocked to find the trim rings were about double the price of the can! Now stuck having to pay 4 times what I expected for rings I found Pro Lighting had about the best price on the rings and they took PayPal. Upon receipt I noticed 10 of the 14 had defects in the bezel finish. Pro lighting offered to take them back, ship out 10 replacements and handle shipping both ways. While not happy with Juno's over priced poor quality trim rings, I was very pleased with Pro Lighting's timely service and support!
