Great classy lamps that really elevate… Great classy lamps that really elevate our space. We had trouble with one lamp (out of four) that wasn't holding the charge and customer service was prompt and responsive. Will be buying more of these for friends.

Broken lamp I bought 2 Cordless lamp. One of them was not operating properly. After few exchanges with the staff the Co sent me a new one .. who is perfect this time. I am impress by this action who represented the way a Co should act when a client is unsatisfied because of a broken product. From Canada . Rachelle Fregeau

Lovely Product… I bought a DUOpak of these beautiful sturdy lamps. One lamp arrived not working. The Illuminating Team worked with me diligently and quickly sent me another lamp. Sometimes items get damaged during shipment, and it was such a relief to deal with a company willing to make sure the customer was happy! Highly recommend this product and company.

Order never arrived…. I purchased a gaming desk from Iluminating Modern Design (Iluminating.com) for my son’s birthday. Desk simply didn’t arrive- nearly a week after my son’s birthday, I receive an email from them saying the order has been cancelled’as per my request’! I never cancelled the order- it was paid for and just never arrived. Absolutely shocking - do not purchase from the business.

Overpriced cheap Chinese made and… Overpriced cheap Chinese made and shipped staff that doesn’t work properly. When item returned, they refused to refund. Instead, they sent me a gift certificate so that I can buy more of their garbage. They must be joking! Illuminating is the reason why Amazon is more reliable place to shop. Avoid this store.
