Great classy lamps that really elevate… Great classy lamps that really elevate our space. We had trouble with one lamp (out of four) that wasn't holding the charge and customer service was prompt and responsive. Will be buying more of these for friends.

Problem solved I purchased two gold cordless lamps about 6 months ago and one of the lamps just quit working- the lamp would not turn on at all when the power button was pushed. I contacted Iluminating and after sending a video showing the issue they sent a new lamp to me. Very easy to work with the company and they solved my issue!

We love these lamps We love these lamps. They make such a difference in the dark area of our kitchen, and, we've taken them to our porch for evening meals. Just perfect for creating a relaxed, warm atmosphere.

I ordered a pair of the Gold Cordless… I ordered a pair of the Gold Cordless table top lamps & I absolutely love them! Placed on my dining room table; they are elegant, bright yet soft light and are very sturdy. Love the fact they are cordless too! I emailed their customer support service with a question, they were quick to respond & extremely helpful. Looking forward to placing a future order.

Flexilamp - portable table lamps I purchased 4 Flexilamp table lamps in black from Illuminating. The lamps are very stylish and at a great price. The lamps were delivered promptly, packaged well and had regular updates on delivery etc. I thought one of the lamps was faulty and had excellent support and help from Olivia from the support team, who talked me through various ways to sort out the issue and it was all fixed.
