GBI had an issue with my candles not… I had an issue with my candles not keeping a charge. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. They have great customer service and informed me that they are replacing them. I’m so happy I ordered from a company who has wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend them.

GBProblem solved I purchased two gold cordless lamps about 6 months ago and one of the lamps just quit working- the lamp would not turn on at all when the power button was pushed. I contacted Iluminating and after sending a video showing the issue they sent a new lamp to me. Very easy to work with the company and they solved my issue!

CABroken lamp I bought 2 Cordless lamp. One of them was not operating properly. After few exchanges with the staff the Co sent me a new one .. who is perfect this time. AUFlexilamp - portable table lamps I purchased 4 Flexilamp table lamps in black from Illuminating. The lamps are very stylish and at a great price. The lamps were delivered promptly, packaged well and had regular updates on delivery etc. I thought one of the lamps was faulty and had excellent support and help from Olivia from the support team, who talked me through various ways to sort out the issue and it was all fixed. The lamps wasn’t faulty on the end 👍🤗.Olvia thank you for your help and patience. I will definitely buy again from this company.
