DEI ordered 4 lamps and one was broken… I ordered 4 lamps and one was broken due to transportation. I wrote to them and became an immediate replacement. Love these lamps and would order them again immediately.

CANeeded a replacement lamp I reached out to Illuminating when one of my table lamps stopped working. After a bit of back and forth, they sent me a replacement! Great customer service.

GBGreat experience! I am a first time buyer with Illuminating.com and am impressed with their great customer service! I ordered 2 of the silver lamps. They are sturdy and attractive! One charged up and was ready to go, while I had issues with charging the second one. I emailed customer service and included pictures for proof of my problem and they promptly sent out a replacement lamp which works great! I won’t hesitate to buy from them again!

AUFlexilamp - portable table lamps I purchased 4 Flexilamp table lamps in black from Illuminating. The lamps are very stylish and at a great price. The lamps were delivered promptly, packaged well and had regular updates on delivery etc. I thought one of the lamps was faulty and had excellent support and help from Olivia from the support team, who talked me through various ways to sort out the issue and it was all fixed. The lamps wasn’t faulty on the end 👍🤗.Olvia thank you for your help and patience. I will definitely buy again from this company.

CABroken lamp I bought 2 Cordless lamp. One of them was not operating properly. After few exchanges with the staff the Co sent me a new one .. who is perfect this time.
