TERRIBLE! I don't recommend! I bought two lamps and spent almost $400. They sent the wrong lamps and I was not able to change for the correct ones or return them. After almost a month of "we will contact the correct team" or "we will try to get permission for return", I did a charge back from my credit card. They contacted me immediately and send me a return label to return the lamp. I ended up buying the lamp I originally wanted on Amazon and had no issues.

Lovely Product… I bought a DUOpak of these beautiful sturdy lamps. One lamp arrived not working. The Illuminating Team worked with me diligently and quickly sent me another lamp. Sometimes items get damaged during shipment, and it was such a relief to deal with a company willing to make sure the customer was happy! Highly recommend this product and company.

I ordered 4 lamps and one was broken… I ordered 4 lamps and one was broken due to transportation. I wrote to them and became an immediate replacement. Love these lamps and would order them again immediately.

Broken lamp I bought 2 Cordless lamp. One of them was not operating properly. After few exchanges with the staff the Co sent me a new one .. who is perfect this time.
