Flexilamp - portable table lamps I purchased 4 Flexilamp table lamps in black from Illuminating. The lamps are very stylish and at a great price. The lamps were delivered promptly, packaged well and had regular updates on delivery etc. I thought one of the lamps was faulty and had excellent support and help from Olivia from the support team, who talked me through various ways to sort out the issue and it was all fixed. The lamps wasn’t faulty on the end 👍🤗.Olvia thank you for your help and patience. I will definitely buy again from this company.

Lovely Product… I bought a DUOpak of these beautiful sturdy lamps. One lamp arrived not working. The Illuminating Team worked with me diligently and quickly sent me another lamp. Sometimes items get damaged during shipment, and it was such a relief to deal with a company willing to make sure the customer was happy! Highly recommend this product and company.

Great experience! I am a first time buyer with Illuminating.com and am impressed with their great customer service! I ordered 2 of the silver lamps. They are sturdy and attractive! One charged up and was ready to go, while I had issues with charging the second one. I emailed customer service and included pictures for proof of my problem and they promptly sent out a replacement lamp which works great! I won’t hesitate to buy from them again!
