Lovely Product… I bought a DUOpak of these beautiful sturdy lamps. One lamp arrived not working. The Illuminating Team worked with me diligently and quickly sent me another lamp. Sometimes items get damaged during shipment, and it was such a relief to deal with a company willing to make sure the customer was happy! Highly recommend this product and company.

Flexilamp - portable table lamps I purchased 4 Flexilamp table lamps in black from Illuminating. The lamps are very stylish and at a great price. The lamps were delivered promptly, packaged well and had regular updates on delivery etc. I thought one of the lamps was faulty and had excellent support and help from Olivia from the support team, who talked me through various ways to sort out the issue and it was all fixed. The lamps wasn’t faulty on the end 👍🤗.Olvia thank you for your help and patience. I will definitely buy again from this company.

We love these lamps We love these lamps. They make such a difference in the dark area of our kitchen, and, we've taken them to our porch for evening meals. Just perfect for creating a relaxed, warm atmosphere.

Problem solved I purchased two gold cordless lamps about 6 months ago and one of the lamps just quit working- the lamp would not turn on at all when the power button was pushed. I contacted Iluminating and after sending a video showing the issue they sent a new lamp to me. Very easy to work with the company and they solved my issue!
