GBGreat experience! I am a first time buyer with Illuminating.com and am impressed with their great customer service! I ordered 2 of the silver lamps. They are sturdy and attractive! One charged up and was ready to go, while I had issues with charging the second one. I emailed customer service and included pictures for proof of my problem and they promptly sent out a replacement lamp which works great! I won’t hesitate to buy from them again!

GBGreat classy lamps that really elevate… Great classy lamps that really elevate our space. We had trouble with one lamp (out of four) that wasn't holding the charge and customer service was prompt and responsive. Will be buying more of these for friends.

AUOrder never arrived…. I purchased a gaming desk from Iluminating Modern Design (Iluminating.com) for my son’s birthday. Desk simply didn’t arrive- nearly a week after my son’s birthday, I receive an email from them saying the order has been cancelled’as per my request’! I never cancelled the order- it was paid for and just never arrived. Absolutely shocking - do not purchase from the business.
