GBLovely Product… I bought a DUOpak of these beautiful sturdy lamps. One lamp arrived not working. The Illuminating Team worked with me diligently and quickly sent me another lamp. Sometimes items get damaged during shipment, and it was such a relief to deal with a company willing to make sure the customer was happy! Highly recommend this product and company.

CABroken lamp I bought 2 Cordless lamp. One of them was not operating properly. After few exchanges with the staff the Co sent me a new one .. who is perfect this time.
