Great variety of hardware at reasonable prices VanDykes's carries the most unique items and a good cross-section of pricing, so you can always find what you want. I have ordered from them several times and have never had a problem with the quality of any of the items. They provide a good description so you know exactly what you will get. Their service staff are excellent to deal with and easy to reach - no long waits to speak to someone). This is my go to store for hardware and accessories for my colonial home. i particularly like their rustic iron hardware for trunks and the like.

Ordered turned wood corner moulding… Ordered turned wood corner moulding guards for my hallway walls. They were of nice quality but one was warped and the other had a slice missing from the top of it's finial. I gave a call to customer service and they promptly sent two replacements with no problem. Corner guards have created a fine finish accent and protect the corners in the winding hallway from nick's and smudges.

Amazing Customer Service & Products Ordering was easy, a real person answered the phone when I called with a question. Everyone I spoke/emailed with were professional, friendly and helpful. When I left a message, my calls were returned promptly. Unfortunately the items I ordered did not work with my current project so I had to return them, but it was so easy! I will always look to Van Dyke's, you may pay more, but you get great customer service and their products are beautifully constructed and made to last another 100+ years!

Stayed here overnight for my birthday… Stayed here overnight for my birthday new years eve. The room was beautiful. However, we attended the Sherwood suite for the 3 course meal, the beef was that tough I had to hold my partner's plate whilst he cut into it. Also wasn't impressed the fire alarm went off at 3am!! And had to vacate outside obviously but when we approached a member of staff before we left and paid, we got shrugged off and didn't even get an apology or better yet some form of compensation! Doubt we will be returning
