Then they took my order for a few items and that order has maybe gone into a Black Hole, spinning out away into the remote corners of the Universe? Whoever wrote that they have nothing on hand is correct, they haven't anything on hand, as far as we know they're buying our ordered items from a street vendor in Pakistan.

I ordered some hinges and latches that I thought would work but when I received them I just didn't like the way they matched my chest. I ordered a second set and sadly they weren't any better of match, my issue not theirs. Both orders shipped promptly and were exactly as I expected. They just didn't work with my situation. I contacted customer service about a return and they responded within hours with a full refund and offered to send a return shipping label. Stayed here overnight for my birthday… Stayed here overnight for my birthday new years eve. The room was beautiful. However, we attended the Sherwood suite for the 3 course meal, the beef was that tough I had to hold my partner's plate whilst he cut into it. Also wasn't impressed the fire alarm went off at 3am!! And had to vacate outside obviously but when we approached a member of staff before we left and paid, we got shrugged off and didn't even get an apology or better yet some form of compensation! Doubt we will be returning
