Amazing Company and Amazing Product Support I had a pet door installed through a solid concrete wall about 10 years ago. Last year I finally had to replace the flaps. I purchased the flaps and replaced them myself. One of them started to tear and I contacted the company who immediately took care of me and sent out a replacement. Great Quality Doors We've installed 2 different wall mount dog doors and replaced flaps twice on one of them (due to a Border Collie who thinks her job in life is to race in and out of them all day)! Absolutely fantastic quality, sturdy dog doors...and replacements are easy to install and come with detailed instructions. Recommend Hale every time we get a chance. They're the best!

I was very pleased with my product I was very pleased with my product. After a couple other products that I had used, this one was perfect. The security cover was the buying point for me. Having a sense of security felt great! Other doors I had tried had no cover?? Then the flexible vinyl was the other selling point. The pet doors with solid plastic flaps have the chance to hurt my dog if he get scared and tries to pull back into the house. Happened to a friend of mine dog. This is a strong, powerful, unbreakable pet door made of solid metal instead of plastic. Highly recommended!!

Quality product at a cost The Hale doors are second to none ! My second door / install and it works and looks great. But.... recently purchased a new inner door and the shipping was an unbelievably high $17.50.... Even higher than thier own site described rates. I do a lot of online ordering and try to weed out those who jack up shipping for a little more profit. Underhanded way to make an extra buck, it doesn't reflect well on your name.

The BEST dog door money can buy I bought my first Hale wall mount door about 12 years ago. It has been used many times a day ever since. No problems. I now have a larger dog and am replacing my Sheltie-size door with border collie size door. I didn't even bother looking at anything else besides another Hale door. They are well designed, built with high quality materials, they work like they're supposed to, and they last virtually forever.
