AUInstalled Hale Omni Panel Pet Door in a … Installed Hale Omni Panel Pet Door in a sliding glass door frame. They were very helpful on the phone; printed/web documentation had unclear text with near-useless photos/diagrams. I suspect we'll need lots of low-expansion aerosol foam to get an acceptable thermal seal around the insert.I Expected better from Hale. But, our Dobie charged right through the double flap dog door and is a happy camper. We're satisfied.

GBGreat pet door, but slow out the door! Firstly, the pet door is fantastic and give it 5 stars however the less can be said of the customer service. You place the order and don't get any updates to inform you that the door has to be manufactured first before it is shipped. So it takes much longer than simply the shipping time, so don't order if you need one quickly.

GBIncredible Customer Service Hale went above and beyond to clean up the mess created by Pet Pro Supply, the online store where I placed an order for a ramp. I eventually found out Hale Pet Door had never received any of my questions or my request to make a change on my order. They were gracious and sincerely concerned about the issues with my order. I highly recommend Hale Pet Door; however, in the future I will only place an order directly with them.

GBGood product sold by helpful people. I can't say anything negative at all. The entire experience was satisfying and I got the doggie doors as promised. They are higher quality and more durable than anything I've seen in various pet store, even the ones that cater to dogs and cats.

GBHigh Quality Product The Hale Pet Door is a very high quality product. It is relatively easy to install and keeps the wind and cold air out of the house. The metal security door slides in easily and further insulates the door from the cold. The magnets are very strong, so it too my 8 pound dogs a day or two to get used to opening the flaps, because our old doggie door had weaker magnets. There is a dip between the inside and outside frames that I filled in with a strip of wood to make it easier on our dogs paws. Although relatively expensive, it is 10 times better than the relatively inexpensive plastic doggie doors.
