The BEST dog door money can buy I bought my first Hale wall mount door about 12 years ago. It has been used many times a day ever since. No problems. I now have a larger dog and am replacing my Sheltie-size door with border collie size door. I didn't even bother looking at anything else besides another Hale door. They are well designed, built with high quality materials, they work like they're supposed to, and they last virtually forever.

Good product sold by helpful people. I can't say anything negative at all. The entire experience was satisfying and I got the doggie doors as promised. They are higher quality and more durable than anything I've seen in various pet store, even the ones that cater to dogs and cats.

replacement of door flaps Great product lasted 20 years of use by four dogs. When the time came to replace the door flaps viewing the video was certainly beneficial, though no where as easy as depicted when it came to removing old screws, several of which simply striped. Without the use of my Dremel and cutting discs to either cut the screws or create a good slot in the head for a flat blade screw driver, I would have been in serious trouble. Anyway, after an hour or so of sweating and swearing, all is well. I hope for another 10 or 15 years of service from this door.

Great pet door, but slow out the door! Firstly, the pet door is fantastic and give it 5 stars however the less can be said of the customer service. You place the order and don't get any updates to inform you that the door has to be manufactured first before it is shipped. So it takes much longer than simply the shipping time, so don't order if you need one quickly.

Nice looking but challenging installation. Had the person from whom we buy our screens install the door and it was difficult for him. Ultimately, he could not get the screen totally flat around the door and it puckers somewhat. Adequate size for my tall Vizslas without taking to much space from the overall door.
