no service after sale i purchased a 700 plus dollar door back in nov of 2015 installed in early january since then i love the door but im loosing magnets about 1 a month . i'm missing 4 magnets so far. i wrote hale a few months back but didn't hear anything back not even a call to sent me new magnets . i really like the door but i need another door in the next few months , but i think i'm gonna look into another door company unless hale takes care of my problem

Incredible Customer Service Hale went above and beyond to clean up the mess created by Pet Pro Supply, the online store where I placed an order for a ramp. I eventually found out Hale Pet Door had never received any of my questions or my request to make a change on my order. They were gracious and sincerely concerned about the issues with my order. I highly recommend Hale Pet Door; however, in the future I will only place an order directly with them.

Nice looking but challenging installation. Had the person from whom we buy our screens install the door and it was difficult for him. Ultimately, he could not get the screen totally flat around the door and it puckers somewhat. Adequate size for my tall Vizslas without taking to much space from the overall door.

Excellent Design I am quite impressed with the quality of the Hale Pet Doors. I installed two doors and love the design. Each door has two flaps with magnets strong enough to prevent bug, gnat, and mosquito entry, yet still allow pet access. Each door has weather stripping, which helps prevent chafing while making the door energy efficient. The flaps fit snugly enough such that I could not hear a conversation between two people on the other side of the door. Training took about a week for all four dogs. Excellent product!

Amazing Company and Amazing Product Support I had a pet door installed through a solid concrete wall about 10 years ago. Last year I finally had to replace the flaps. I purchased the flaps and replaced them myself. One of them started to tear and I contacted the company who immediately took care of me and sent out a replacement. I would recommend Hale Pet Doors to anyone who needed a professionally installed door and or course amazing support. Pudge and Brutus thank you for your kindness and support.
