Amazing Company and Amazing Product Support I had a pet door installed through a solid concrete wall about 10 years ago. Last year I finally had to replace the flaps. I purchased the flaps and replaced them myself. One of them started to tear and I contacted the company who immediately took care of me and sent out a replacement. Repeat Buyer loves Hale Pet Doors! This is our 5th Hale Pet Door. We have 3 Australian Shepherds. We bought a size larger than recommended to give them a bit more width in going through the outer and inner doors. Nicely constructed, insulated and nicely finished off with commercial grade carpeting, easy to install, easy to use security door. Highly recommend these doors....they are the best on the market and you won't be disappointed in your investment.

I was very pleased with my product I was very pleased with my product. After a couple other products that I had used, this one was perfect. The security cover was the buying point for me. Having a sense of security felt great! Other doors I had tried had no cover?? Then the flexible vinyl was the other selling point. The pet doors with solid plastic flaps have the chance to hurt my dog if he get scared and tries to pull back into the house. Happened to a friend of mine dog. This is a strong, powerful, unbreakable pet door made of solid metal instead of plastic. Highly recommended!!

Excellent Design I am quite impressed with the quality of the Hale Pet Doors. I installed two doors and love the design. Each door has two flaps with magnets strong enough to prevent bug, gnat, and mosquito entry, yet still allow pet access. Each door has weather stripping, which helps prevent chafing while making the door energy efficient. The flaps fit snugly enough such that I could not hear a conversation between two people on the other side of the door. Training took about a week for all four dogs. Excellent product!

Quality product at a cost The Hale doors are second to none ! My second door / install and it works and looks great. But.... recently purchased a new inner door and the shipping was an unbelievably high $17.50.... Even higher than thier own site described rates. I do a lot of online ordering and try to weed out those who jack up shipping for a little more profit. Underhanded way to make an extra buck, it doesn't reflect well on your name.
