Great quality but needed better instructions I love your products and just recently installed new interior and exterior flaps. But I have to say I couldn't have installed the replacement flaps without the help of UTube. The Hale installation book was way too confusing for me (75 yr. old female). The original flaps lasted five years and three dogs and I appreciate your quality very much.

Quality product at a cost The Hale doors are second to none ! My second door / install and it works and looks great. But.... recently purchased a new inner door and the shipping was an unbelievably high $17.50.... Even higher than thier own site described rates. I do a lot of online ordering and try to weed out those who jack up shipping for a little more profit. Underhanded way to make an extra buck, it doesn't reflect well on your name.

Great Quality Doors We've installed 2 different wall mount dog doors and replaced flaps twice on one of them (due to a Border Collie who thinks her job in life is to race in and out of them all day)! Absolutely fantastic quality, sturdy dog doors...and replacements are easy to install and come with detailed instructions. Recommend Hale every time we get a chance. They're the best!

Amazing Company and Amazing Product Support I had a pet door installed through a solid concrete wall about 10 years ago. Last year I finally had to replace the flaps. I purchased the flaps and replaced them myself. One of them started to tear and I contacted the company who immediately took care of me and sent out a replacement. Good product sold by helpful people. I can't say anything negative at all. The entire experience was satisfying and I got the doggie doors as promised. They are higher quality and more durable than anything I've seen in various pet store, even the ones that cater to dogs and cats.
