Excellent Design I am quite impressed with the quality of the Hale Pet Doors. I installed two doors and love the design. Each door has two flaps with magnets strong enough to prevent bug, gnat, and mosquito entry, yet still allow pet access. Each door has weather stripping, which helps prevent chafing while making the door energy efficient. The flaps fit snugly enough such that I could not hear a conversation between two people on the other side of the door. Training took about a week for all four dogs. Excellent product!

no service after sale i purchased a 700 plus dollar door back in nov of 2015 installed in early january since then i love the door but im loosing magnets about 1 a month . i'm missing 4 magnets so far. i wrote hale a few months back but didn't hear anything back not even a call to sent me new magnets . i really like the door but i need another door in the next few months , but i think i'm gonna look into another door company unless hale takes care of my problem

Good product sold by helpful people. I can't say anything negative at all. The entire experience was satisfying and I got the doggie doors as promised. They are higher quality and more durable than anything I've seen in various pet store, even the ones that cater to dogs and cats.

Repeat Buyer loves Hale Pet Doors! This is our 5th Hale Pet Door. We have 3 Australian Shepherds. We bought a size larger than recommended to give them a bit more width in going through the outer and inner doors. Nicely constructed, insulated and nicely finished off with commercial grade carpeting, easy to install, easy to use security door. Highly recommend these doors....they are the best on the market and you won't be disappointed in your investment.

Installed Hale Omni Panel Pet Door in a … Installed Hale Omni Panel Pet Door in a sliding glass door frame. They were very helpful on the phone; printed/web documentation had unclear text with near-useless photos/diagrams. I suspect we'll need lots of low-expansion aerosol foam to get an acceptable thermal seal around the insert.I Expected better from Hale. But, our Dobie charged right through the double flap dog door and is a happy camper. We're satisfied.
