Incredible Customer Service Hale went above and beyond to clean up the mess created by Pet Pro Supply, the online store where I placed an order for a ramp. I eventually found out Hale Pet Door had never received any of my questions or my request to make a change on my order. They were gracious and sincerely concerned about the issues with my order. I highly recommend Hale Pet Door; however, in the future I will only place an order directly with them.

Great Quality Doors We've installed 2 different wall mount dog doors and replaced flaps twice on one of them (due to a Border Collie who thinks her job in life is to race in and out of them all day)! Absolutely fantastic quality, sturdy dog doors...and replacements are easy to install and come with detailed instructions. Recommend Hale every time we get a chance. They're the best!

Installed Hale Omni Panel Pet Door in a … Installed Hale Omni Panel Pet Door in a sliding glass door frame. They were very helpful on the phone; printed/web documentation had unclear text with near-useless photos/diagrams. I suspect we'll need lots of low-expansion aerosol foam to get an acceptable thermal seal around the insert.I Expected better from Hale. But, our Dobie charged right through the double flap dog door and is a happy camper. We're satisfied.

I was very pleased with my product I was very pleased with my product. After a couple other products that I had used, this one was perfect. The security cover was the buying point for me. Having a sense of security felt great! Other doors I had tried had no cover?? Then the flexible vinyl was the other selling point. The pet doors with solid plastic flaps have the chance to hurt my dog if he get scared and tries to pull back into the house. Happened to a friend of mine dog. This is a strong, powerful, unbreakable pet door made of solid metal instead of plastic. Highly recommended!!

Great quality but needed better instructions I love your products and just recently installed new interior and exterior flaps. But I have to say I couldn't have installed the replacement flaps without the help of UTube. The Hale installation book was way too confusing for me (75 yr. old female). The original flaps lasted five years and three dogs and I appreciate your quality very much.
