No communication, they don't even answer basic emails.they don't have solution providing approach. They hate questions regarding products, packing, shipping. They want you to pay and put up with what you receive.

Extremely low quality I have spent more than $400 on shower curtains and cleaning pads, I have tried to sent this order back them because all this is just garbage is useless not worth the money nevertheless impossible to resale this because it will hurt my business so badly, so I requested a RMA which is needed before hands they just sent me an email state if I wanted to returning which was my request. From order date to the time they responded they spend the time I had to return which was 14 days. Now I have to through out all this garbage for I paid $466.00 Please do not waste your money like me.
