I have been buying from this company for more than 2 years now and I have to say they are extremely committed to make things as easy and safe as possible for their clients / customers. Buyer beware I received my 4th order 2 weeks ago. I found that 2 of the meal bird feeders I ordered were un-sellable. One had the entire base and perches missing and one had the base broken away from the unit. I have reached out to Kole, both by email and direct phone call. I've yet to receive an answer on returning the product for replcement or compensation. This will probably be my final order with them unless they make some attempt to rectify the problem. Buyer beware!

Good distributor, big selection, good prices I have used this distributor multiple times and the product has always come as described and in good condition. One time when I had an issue, it was a bit tough to get to the right person, but once I spoke with Michael Franco, he resolved and situated everything for me, helping with things he did not have to help with, and I remain a happy customer. I love me some Kole Imports &… I love me some Kole Imports & Closeouts. I was sent some damaged clocks. After submitting a few documents I was reimbursed and given a discount off my next order. I would have reorder but the product was out of stock. I will continue ordering from KI&C. If shipping wasn't so much I would probably have most of their inventory in my store.

Extremely low quality I have spent more than $400 on shower curtains and cleaning pads, I have tried to sent this order back them because all this is just garbage is useless not worth the money nevertheless impossible to resale this because it will hurt my business so badly, so I requested a RMA which is needed before hands they just sent me an email state if I wanted to returning which was my request. From order date to the time they responded they spend the time I had to return which was 14 days. Now I have to through out all this garbage for I paid $466.00 Please do not waste your money like me.
