Canceled my order for no reason I placed an order on the 1st of January. I was extremely excited because this distributor came highly recommended to me by a friend. After about a week of not hearing anything I reached out and someone got back to me and said my order was likely ship the week after. Fast forward to the week after that and it never shipped. Today I checked my account to see the status and Kole imports canceled my order entirely without any reason given! I can’t seem to get an answer from anybody and I’m extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving my products. I’d really appreciate it if somebody could reach out and rectify this issue.

First time customer will order again! This was my first time ordering from Kole Imports. I was nervous because I needed these acrylic frames for an event and no delivery date was specified. Luckily, my order arrived quickly and in good condition, with no broken frames out of 100!

We have been working with Kole and… We have been working with Kole and Henry for several years now and we love how the company is so customer oriented. Our ordering process is very smooth and If there are any issues they are handled quickly and professionally. Henry has been very accommodating with scheduling meetings and traveling long distances to see us. It's nice to see that Kole still promotes the face to face meetings as well as the convenience of the online ordering. You guys rock!

I love me some Kole Imports &… I love me some Kole Imports & Closeouts. I was sent some damaged clocks. After submitting a few documents I was reimbursed and given a discount off my next order. I would have reorder but the product was out of stock. I will continue ordering from KI&C. If shipping wasn't so much I would probably have most of their inventory in my store.

I’m going to be totally honest (International buyer) I’m going to be totally honest with you: as an international buyer it will take a bit longer than you’re used to. HOWEVER, they will solve it eventually. Absolutely not a bad company, California is hit hard by COVID and they are trying to be as fast as possible. I was not a fan before but they’ve turned it around by solving everything. I will definitely buy again.
