Buyer beware I received my 4th order 2 weeks ago. I found that 2 of the meal bird feeders I ordered were un-sellable. One had the entire base and perches missing and one had the base broken away from the unit. I have reached out to Kole, both by email and direct phone call. I've yet to receive an answer on returning the product for replcement or compensation. This will probably be my final order with them unless they make some attempt to rectify the problem. Buyer beware!

I had an issue with receiving something… I had an issue with receiving something that didn't match what I ordered and was told to ship it back at my expense and that there would be a15% restocking fee. I expressed displeasure with that arrangement. After that it was taken care of without issue fairly quickly. Overall, I am satisfied and would likely order again
