Blindsided Personally find there hiring process to be very poor. I understand that it's a pandemic but to be told my interview is at 9am then i get there and the individual isn't even there and someone else will be conducting an interview and he initiates his own aptitude test is sort of blind siding in my opinion. The woman who i won't name only informed me of a interview not a test of any kind. Very unprofessional not to say or inform me of this at all.

I really appreciate the fact that Kole… I really appreciate the fact that Kole Imports would respond to my inquiries & they ship fast. I hope one day they would come back to the East Coast (not in Manhattan because NYC is chaotic). Why not try opening up another East Coast warehouse in New Jersey? NJ has been voted 2 years in a row for the best state to live in...in my neighborhood people are educated & most of the people earn $175K a year. Pls. consider this suggestion :)

If you are a low quantity buyer If you are a low quantity buyer, they do not care about you. No support for start ups. No communication, they don't even answer basic emails.they don't have solution providing approach. They hate questions regarding products, packing, shipping. They want you to pay and put up with what you receive.

Canceled my order for no reason I placed an order on the 1st of January. I was extremely excited because this distributor came highly recommended to me by a friend. After about a week of not hearing anything I reached out and someone got back to me and said my order was likely ship the week after. Fast forward to the week after that and it never shipped. Today I checked my account to see the status and Kole imports canceled my order entirely without any reason given! I can’t seem to get an answer from anybody and I’m extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving my products. I’d really appreciate it if somebody could reach out and rectify this issue.
