Our ordering process is very smooth and If there are any issues they are handled quickly and professionally. Henry has been very accommodating with scheduling meetings and traveling long distances to see us. I love me some Kole Imports &… I love me some Kole Imports & Closeouts. I was sent some damaged clocks. After submitting a few documents I was reimbursed and given a discount off my next order. I would have reorder but the product was out of stock. I will continue ordering from KI&C. If shipping wasn't so much I would probably have most of their inventory in my store.
